All orders placed before 1:00pm are processed from our warehouse for our standard three-day delivery (Saturday & Sunday not included) service via our dedicated courier subject to payment verification and stock availability.

Standard delivery times are Monday to Friday between 8am to 6pm.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

All deliveries made by a courier company will require a signature; someone must be at your delivery address between 8am and 9pm.

Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day.

Please note that during seasonal times of the year Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mothers Day Father's Day, Halloween and at Christmas there may be a delay in the despatch of your order, so please check our homepage.

We work closely with our courier company to get your orders to you within our standard service, however sometimes delivery can take longer than anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances, In this case Spotongifts.net will not be held responsible for any financial loss due to late delivery.
