How can I place an Order?

It’s very simple. Ordering at Spotongifts.net is easy and can be done in a matter of minutes via our secure website.
We accept payment via Visa and Mastercard credit cards, Visa Delta debit cards and PAYPAL.

Can I add to an existing order?

You can add items to your order until you confirm your payment details and complete the order. Once the order is confirmed, you can't add items to the same order. If youd like to order additional items, please place a new order.

How do I know if my order has been received?

When we receive your order, an Order Acknowledgement screen will be generated, issuing an order reference number. Please print out this page for future reference. You'll also receive an email confirming that we have received your order details

When will my order be delivered?

Orders being delivered within the UK should arrive within 1-3 days depending upon location.

How are Delivery Costs Calculated?

We charge a flat delivery fee per customer order.

Can I return a product or exchange it or get a refund?
